If you're not satisfied with the items, Valashop accept returns within 15 days after order is received. Please make sure the returned items are in a saleable condition.
How to Return
Sign in Valashop → Communicate with Us (In 15 days after parcel is received) → Respond Requests (In 72 hours) → Return Items → Provide return tracking number → Valashop Received Parcel → Refund
1. Sign in to your Account-Orders;
2. Choose the relevant item(s) and click on "Mail button" in the Order Status you want to return and communicate with our customer service team;
3. Valashop customer service team strives to respond to all requests within 72 hours or less. The detailed return information will be sent by Email; We're always available to help!:
4. Pack item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely. Attach a paper with your Order No. inside the package for later reference;
5. Send it back and you can always contact us for further assistance;
6. Please provide return tracking number and shipping company within 7 days with our customer service team, otherwise your return and refund will be affected;
7. We will promptly issue a refund to your account within 3 workdays, when we receive your package;
8. We will transfer the money to your original account in the first time, but the refund time depends on the payment method and individual's bank process:
- Paid by Credit Card: in 8-15 working days;
- Paid by PayPal: in 3-7 working days;
- Paid by Cash (COD): the item(s) price will be refunded to your Valashop wallet directly;
9. The coupons, original shipping fee and C.O.D. cost are non-refundable.
How to Exchanged
We apologize we do not offer exchange right now, we advice you to directly reorder the new items if you want to make the exchange and return the original items to us for refund.
1. You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly Return within 15 days of receipt.
2. We do not accept returned items without applying return by contact us within 15 days.
3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, Underwear, Swimwear, Leggings, Beauty, jewelry.
4. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
5. You are responsible for return shipping fee if the return is caused by yourself. Please choose economical shipping method.
6. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our returns address and will affect the processing of your return.
7. We do not accept package returned using Freight Collect.
